Choose this trip for an amazing scuba diving experience. First time divers love this popular and famous PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience. Run by diving professionals.
Designed for absolute beginners, this course is the perfect introduction to the sport of Scuba Diving. It consists of a short briefing, practical scuba skills in the swimming pool or pool-like conditions in the sea, followed by an easy, fun, open water dive in the sea from the shore.
The Discover Scuba Diving Certification enables you to dive with a professional dive buddy at a depth of up to 12 meters and is valid for 1 year. Price includes Training, Certification, Dive Kit, Transfers from hotel to dive center and dive sites. For Adults and Children Aged 10+.
Q - How to book?
A - To book, choose how many adults and children, preferred time, and date. You will receive your confirmation immediately by email.
Q – Is this trip run by an accredited Diving Center?
A – Yes, this trip is organized by a PADI Center, Kalliopi Dive College.
Q – Do I need a medical?
A – That depends. Important information regarding health conditions which may exempt participants from diving or snorkelling activities can be found in the Medical Questionnaire. The completion of the relevant PADI Medical statement is a requirement to participate in any diving or snorkelling activities and can be sent to you prior to booking. An approved evaluation from a physician may be necessary. If you have any further questions after reading the Medical Questionnaire, do please contact us. Download, read & understand the Medical Questionnaire before making any diving bookings.
Q – What time and where will I be picked up from?
A – Pick-ups begin in Paphos at 0900 for the morning trips and 1400 for the afternoon trips. Let us know which hotel you are staying in on your booking checkout, and you will receive an email with details of the time of your pickup. You should wait at the main reception of your hotel. Please don’t be late, as the car can’t wait !
Q – If I don’t want to dive, can I join the group?
A – If there’s space in the vehicle, yes.
Q – What should I wear and bring along?
A – Wear Summer shorts, T-shirts, sandals, or flip flops. Wear or bring your swimwear. Don’t forget a towel, sunhat, sunglasses, camera, and a smile!
Q – Will we be diving from a boat?
A – Not this trip, all beginners enter the sea from the beach.
Q – What about lunch?
A – A lunch stop is not included in this trip.
Q – Is this trip suitable for children?
A – This trip is available for children aged 10+. Feel to contact us if you have any queries.
Q - What is the trip’s cancellation policy?
A – For a full refund, cancellations must be received and confirmed by us up to 48 hours before the trip.
