The tour will begin at 10 a.m. For safety checks and briefings, it is highly recommended that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the tour.
We will then travel along the beautiful coast, beginning at the famous Coral beach of Pegeia. Then, we will head towards the shipwreck and the sea caves with spectacular rock formations. The EDRO III, a ship with the Sierra Leone flag, was wrecked on the 8th Sept 2011 while on a trip from Sierra Leone to Rhodes. It carried a cargo full of plasterboard.
St George’s Harbour, featuring archeological discoveries, catacombs, scenic marinas, and spectacular views, is our next stop.
We will continue onto Akamas Reserve to explore the turtle nesting areas, where we can take a dip at Lara Turtle Conservation Station.
Moving onwards, we will stop at the magnificent viewpoint of Akamas Forest. The forest is famous for its olive and pine trees. As we make our way to the final destination, we will be passing through the Smigies Nature Trail, a little gem on Akamas Peninsula.
We will then be heading to Latchi Harbor on Polis, where you will enjoy a delicious meal along with refreshments. You will have plenty of time to explore the marina, its shops, and scenic views.
